在繁榮的香港，受注視的不單是香港的經濟發展，更值得我們關愛的是一群有需要的人士。朗邊中轉房屋位於新界元朗屏山，為不同類型的人士提供臨時房屋作暫住。可是，現時有不少朗邊的街坊居住了5年或以上，甚至長達10年，這並不符合當初中轉屋助人暫住的理念。而且，朗邊的居住環境十分惡劣，每位街坊只能忍氣吞聲，因為害怕被取消入住公屋的資格。希望透過這段片，大家能多多關注朗邊中轉屋，讓朗邊的居民有更多申訴的機會，去改變他們的居住環境。

朗天苑是位於香港新界元朗區的一個大型居者有其屋計劃（居屋）屋苑，坐落於青山公路屏山段附近。

未來發展計劃

朗天苑所在的朗邊地區規劃分階段發展，未來將興建更多公營房屋單位，整體可提供超過一萬個單位，成為元朗區重要的公營房屋集中地。政府亦計劃改善區內交通連接及增設休憩空間，提升居民生活質素。

為何會發展朗天苑？

•應對房屋需求：香港長期面臨房屋供應不足問題，公營房屋需求龐大。朗天苑的發展是政府針對中低收入家庭的政策回應。

•土地有效利用：利用原有中轉房土地及周邊空地，通過高密度發展，最大化土地資源。

•區域發展策略：元朗作為新界重要發展區，政府希望透過公營房屋項目推動區域均衡發展。

朗天苑是元朗區一個重要的居屋項目，承載著政府解決公營房屋短缺的使命。隨著朗邊地區的持續發展，該區的居住環境和配套設施將逐步完善，為居民帶來更便利及舒適的生活。
